Off season rates  (before Memorial Day weekend and after Labor Day)

                                          Cabin 1, 2 or 3*                                  $115/night                $500/week

                                          Cabin 4                                                $100/night               $450/week                     

                                          Cabin 5 or 6                                        $ 85/night                $390/week

*Rates are based on up to four people.

Each extra person: $ 10/day or $ 40/week
(Up to two extra people only on cottages 1, 2 or 3)
  • $100.00 DEPOSIT/week is due upon making a reservation - CASH OR CHECK ONLY
  • If a cancellation is made, the deposit will be refunded only if cottage is rented by another party.
  • All rates are subject to 5.5% sales tax
  • Check-in time: after 3:00 p.m.
    Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m.
  • Sorry...no pets allowed on premises NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Smoking allowed outside only
  • Long term rentals available during the off season - inquire about monthly rates
